Beyond that welcoming start screen, Aether Outrider is a room-based shooter where your weapons fire automatically. You handle the movement, keeping your attention on enemies and the route toward the next door.
Drag to move through each room and try to get through without taking damage. A clean room clear earns extra coins, and one marked enemy in each room offers another bonus. With firing handled for you, the pleasure is in keeping moving and making each room a little cleaner than the last.
