How to play Starbriar Coven
Hold an empty space and drag to move the Moon Witch; she fires automatically. Break each enemy formation to clear the stage, and dodge enemies that dive at you.
Starbriar Coven is a fixed shooter set under a huge full moon above a gothic city. You play the Moon Witch at the bottom of the screen while rows of witches, dolls and winged creatures hold formation above and break off to dive at you. Your shots fire automatically, so your job is to move, dodge and keep your fire under the formation.
Stages run from Moonrise through Crescent Law and Total Eclipse, with a challenge stage where enemies hold their fire, and the final stage brings the Eclipse Sovereign. If your witch is captured, rescue her echo to fly as a pair. You start with three lives, and the pause menu lets you restart the stage at any time.
